Bio
Chris Summer is a singer / songwriter is from Scotland and writes blues / rock music within hints of a range of other genres.
Drawing on a variety of influences from blues, rock and popular music Chris has worked with a number of experienced, talented musicians to create the single Maybe Someday and the album Maybe Someday.
Influences for the musical style include everything from John Coltrane, Muddy Waters, Van Morrison, the Beatles, the UK indie scene and beyond.
The album was produced by Iain McKinna and created with a number of accomplished musicians including Ted McKenna of the Senational Alex Harvey band amongst many others, legendary Harmonica player Fraser Spiers, renowned saxophonist John Burgess and accomplished trumpet player Cameron Jay.
The new album has now been released in August 2018. Tracks can be heard on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon Music, Deezer and a range of other Global streaming platforms.
